The Difference You Make:
The Staff, Corporate Services is a multitasking individual that provides general administrative, database, and special events support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the Corporate Services/Mailroom service window, providing exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and overnight deliveries.
  • Assist employees with package pickup, mail distribution, and shipping requests while ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Lift, move, and transport packages and office supplies weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the facility.
  • Make multiple daily trips throughout the building, including retrieving and delivering packages between floors.
  • Maintain inventory of mailroom and office supplies; monitor stock levels and place supply orders as needed.
  • Organize and maintain secure storage areas for packages, supplies, and incoming deliveries.
  • Operate shipping and mail processing equipment while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of package deliveries, shipments, and inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve mail, package, and delivery inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom environment.
  • Support special projects and additional Corporate Services responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
