As a Mail Courier at JLL, you will serve as a vital link connecting multiple campus locations throughout the Lehigh Valley, ensuring timely and secure delivery of mail and packages across our client's operations. This role is essential to maintaining seamless communication and business operations across all sites. You'll represent JLL's commitment to reliability and professional service while working independently to manage daily delivery routes. Your attention to detail and professional demeanor will directly contribute to client satisfaction and operational efficiency, embodying JLL's values of excellence and dependability in every interaction.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Load mail vehicle each morning and depart main campus at 8:00 am for delivery route to 4 campus locations throughout the Lehigh Valley

  • Complete morning delivery route with return to main office by 10:30 am

  • Execute afternoon route starting at 1:00 pm, covering the same campus locations with return by 3:00 pm

  • Properly complete and collect manifests at each site, verifying accuracy against items being picked up

  • Wear required PPE at all sites, including hi-vis vests in warehouse environments

  • Maintain safe driving practices and professional conduct throughout all routes

  • Conduct yourself in a business casual manner while representing JLL and client standards

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

  • Proven driving experience with demonstrated safe driving practices

  • Ability to lift and load mail and packages of varying weights

  • Strong attention to detail for manifest completion and verification

  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for business casual environment

  • Reliability and punctuality for early morning start times

  • Physical capability to work in various environments including warehouses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in courier, delivery, or logistics operations

  • Familiarity with the Lehigh Valley area and campus environments

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE requirements

Other work details

  • Location: Onsite - Coopersburg, PA

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
