Job Description

- Day to day social media response
- Write, edit and manage content for four websites using existing messages and brand guidelines
- Development of PowerPoint presentations for executives and other speakers (internal and external)
- Crisis communications during storms and other events to include: social media, assist with message development
- Assist in the development of customer education plans
- Implementation of tactics in customer education plans including the coordination of direct mail, advertising, bill inserts, web copy, etc.
- Relationship management of outside vendors
- General research of information (both internal and external)

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Experience : 2-3 years
- Strong writing skills (marketing style writing)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously, quickly re-prioritizing as necessary
- Ability to work with both junior team members and senior executives
- Team player
- Deadline driven
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments in answering questions on social media
- Ability to work at the Edison Place office in Washington, D.C. or the Energy and Technology Center in Newark, Delaware.
- Available to handle social media during evenings and weekends if needed during storms or other crisis events
