Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $17-18 per hour to start
- Dress Code: Business casual (jeans acceptable, comfortable closed-toe shoes)
- COVID Requirements: None
- Driving: Not required
- Interview Process: Initial virtual interview followed by in-person interview
- Work Environment: High volume print and mail production
- Primary Duties:
- Operate high volume digital production equipment
- Operate high volume mail inserter and mail prep equipment
- Perform packing and shipping tasks
- Handle digital composition of production files
- Provide customer service and interact with clients
- Candidate Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Consistent, reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Experience in print and large-scale mail production
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to lift paper cases and/or up to 50 lbs regularly
- Customer service oriented and teachable
- Digitally/computer savvy
- Scanning experience a plus
- Ability to work well with different personalities
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
