Job description

US Auto Trust is a Premier Luxury Automotive Group! We are proud to have a stable of legendary brands such as Lamborghini, Aston Martin/Lotus, Ferrari and Cadillac.
We are looking for the best and the brightest top-notch Receptionist to join our rapidly expanding service team at our Lamborghini Dallas dealership. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner and provide a high level of customer service consistent with a luxury dealership experience.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls using excellent phone etiquette, directing callers to the appropriate department or employee and taking accurate messages when needed.
  • Provide general information, including dealership location, directions, contact information, website details, and other commonly requested information.
  • Schedule and book customer appointments as needed.
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors throughout the dealership.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and publications.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing express deliveries through services such as FedEx and UPS.
  • Maintain and distribute the company telephone roster and other administrative records.
  • Assist with general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • Represent the dealership as a professional brand ambassador and help ensure an efficient, organized customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Requirements
  • 2 + yrs experience preferred
  • Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Must have a clean valid driver's license
