The Receptionist will be responsible for assisting the office manager with incoming phone calls, scanning docs into IDM, running initial checklist on completed orders, filing, printing invoices, logging pick ticket orders, mail distribution, EOM log.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet internal and external company guests and escort them to the appropriate meeting area or office.
  • Receive incoming calls and direct appropriately.
  • Prepare and mail or receive correspondence.
  • Verify and process departmental invoices in timely manner.
  • Document meeting notes as requested.
  • Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.
  • Preparing business correspondence.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Adept at meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
