Second shift is 2pm-10pm, Monday - Friday
Third Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday
Expected Hours: 40
The Inserter Operator plays a key role in our clients' mail department by setting up, operating, and maintaining inserter machinery and related in‑line equipment. This position ensures that printed materials are accurately and efficiently inserted, sorted, and prepared for mailing according to USPS standards and production requirements.
- Set up, operate, and maintain inserter machines and in‑line equipment, including inkjet units.
- Follow all operational processes and quality procedures for inserting and mail preparation.
- Read and interpret run lists, job instructions, and documentation.
- Perform station setup, packaging steps, and one‑person operation of normal jobs.
Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Must have the ability to identify quality defects.
Must be able to read and interpret work orders, job specs, and technical documentation.
