Job description

Come join our amazing team and work in our Orange office!

The ONSITE REO Coordinator will be responsible for providing daily support functions in the post foreclosure and REO process for acquired properties. Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that properties are efficiently and effectively worked. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $21.62-$23.62 per hour.

What you'll do:

  • Manage multiple email inboxes; perform property researches, respond to property inquiries or forward messages to appropriate persons or departments.

  • Notarize documents needed for the sale or conveyance process.

  • Scan, save, upload, email and mail documents as applicable.

  • Process mail; utilize various systems to research property addresses on various documents (utility statements, violations, HOA statements, city notices, etc.), identify loan numbers and route mail to appropriate department for processing.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, process tasks scripts and perform data entry

  • Research and provide documents to vendors

  • Audit files as assigned for compliance.

  • Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • One year of administrative or clerical office experience.

  • Current active CA State Notary License or be willing to obtain one.

  • Must work in our Orange office.
