Opensity Solutions is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Services Associate - Mail to join our team in New York, NY. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and has experience supporting mailroom, print, and office service operations while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Position: Office Services Associate - Mail
  • Location: New York, NY 10020
  • Pay rate: $23.00 per hour
  • Schedule:
    Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Days off : Friday/Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently
• Conduct scheduled internal mail runs and ensure timely delivery to departments
• Operate postage equipment and prepare specialized outgoing mail, including certified and registered mail
• Maintain mailroom inventory and coordinate supply ordering
• Provide print and copy support including binding, hole punching, stapling, quality control, and basic copier maintenance
• Serve as a primary liaison between the client and Opensity ensuring outstanding customer service and communication
• Maintain a professional, organized, and client-focused workspace
• Respond promptly to client requests, inquiries, and operational needs
• Participate in leadership discussions and communicate operational updates effectively
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of mailroom, office services, or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Professional demeanor with a strong client-service mindset
