About the Role:
As a Mail Processor, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail within our organization. You will be responsible for sorting, processing, and distributing mail items accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, including letters, packages, and parcels.
  • Process outgoing mail, ensuring proper postage and addressing.
  • Operate mail processing equipment, such as postage meters, letter folding machines, and envelope sealers.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail volumes.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of bulk mailings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies necessary for mail processing operations.
  • Assist with other clerical tasks and office duties as needed.

Qualifications:
