The Return Mail Associate is responsible for quality checking and assembling the return mail information to efficiently process the rejected mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Moore RMG. Check out www.WeAreMoore.com for more information. Your Impact: Pay attention to detail as the return mail is the last department before the mail leaves the building. Communication with account managers as items are mistakenly placed in the return mail department. Sorting incoming return mail depending on reason for return and checks or credit cards. Folding letters, matching documents and checks and placing them in an envelope to be mailed to donors. Performs other duties as required. Your Profile: 2 years of clerical experience preferred. Verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Customer service Multitasking and prioritizing Dependability Problem-solving Adaptability Ability to work under pressure. Ability to deal with high workloads. Ability to work overtime including Saturday during times of mail fluctuations. Ability to maneuver between departments minimum of 100 feet, maximum of 600 feet at a time. This would be 10% of the time. Ability to remain on production floor until breaktimes. Ability to be at a desk 90% of the time. Ability to lift 10lbs.
