Job description

Job Summary
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Job Type: Temp to Engage
- Primary focus on hospitality services, including setting up food and beverage service for meetings and events
- Secondary responsibility is reception coverage during breaks/PTO
- Assist with print, scan, copy, and mail-related tasks in the office center
- Responsible for printing, copying, scanning, and maintaining kitchens and coffee bars
- Deliver mail, send out overnight packages, and manage regular mail
- Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties
- No extensive lifting, standing, or walking required; heavy lifting (over 50 lbs) is done with two people
- Customer service experience preferred
- Some office experience helpful but not required; training will be provided
- Hospitality and office experience are a plus
- Must maintain a neat appearance; business casual dress code (slacks and polo shirt; no tennis shoes)
- No visible facial tattoos unless they can be covered by clothing
