Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with auto insurance products and coverage options
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Explain policy coverages and insurance options clearly and professionally
  • Handle policy renewals and customer follow-ups
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead opportunities
  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training programs

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Active Illinois Insurance Producer License (Casualty or Motor Vehicle minimum required)
  • Sales-driven and motivated personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable and professional work ethic
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be available to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays
