What does a magazine production manager do?

A Magazine Production Manager oversees the entire process of producing a magazine, from the initial design and layout to printing and distribution. They coordinate with editors, designers, printers, and other vendors to ensure that each issue is completed on schedule and within budget. Their responsibilities include managing timelines, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining high quality standards.
