Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

+ Operates a high-volume restaurant, where constant evaluation of the guest experience is of the utmost importance

+ Maintains staffing pars by managing full lifecycle of hourly team members - recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide critical feedback

+ Champions our hands-on coaching and training programs for FOH for adherence to company and concept standards

+ Assists GM with developing key holders and entry-level managers to continue with their upward growth

+ Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings to fine tune tableside service skills

+ Curates continuous educational courses with assistance from the leadership team

+ Tailors BPA experiences for our guests and team members

+ Tableside presence with guests to receive feedback and address concerns

+ Financial responsibilities such as inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, reconcile cash and credit card transactions

Qualifications

+ 4+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants

+ Servsafe certification or equivalent

+ Proven ability to lead hiring initiatives and training programs

+ Proficient knowledge of LBW management

+ Spirit of hospitality

+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
