Job Description

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate leads and develop a targeted list of prospects via inbound leads, networking and other sources. Prospects are not currently limited by territory or area.

Represent Sales Partnerships, Inc. at networking functions and events promoting our services.

Focus on value selling; discussing business strategy and challenges with executive business leaders, and delivering sales presentations.

Analyze business opportunities in terms of profitability to the company and benefit to the client.

Report on sales progress, pipeline reporting and attainment of goals; create accurate forecast for new clients on a weekly and monthly basis via pipeline reports.

Develop short and long term sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, proposals, webinars and sales presentations as needed.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or acceptable working experience.

Minimum of 5 years work experience in a sales role, preferably in a highly consultative role.

Demonstrated success in achieving and/or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals.

Comfortable discussing business strategy and challenges with executive business leaders, and track record of success in solution selling.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and pays attention to details.

Proven leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent listening skills.

Intellectually curious; continuous learner.
