What role will you play?

As a Paralegal in our in-house legal department, you will assist with the preparation and review of board materials, contracts, investment guidelines, operational procedures, fund registration statements, proxy materials, and regulatory filings. You will also maintain timelines and project plans, and represent the Legal department in meetings, including board, operating company, and investment committee meetings.
What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree, with prior experience in a Paralegal role within the investment management industry or a strong interest in breaking into the field and aggressively learning about '40 Act registered funds, securities filings, and corporate governance
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in learning electronic board portal systems, document management systems, and the SEC EDGAR system
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with other business areas.

Salary range for this position: $73-99k/year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
