Join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within Macquarie Capital in our New York office. As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic, fast-paced team within Infrastructure Industrials and Leasing Advisory, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to a senior executive team, supporting ~8 leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing domestic and international travel using Concur. You will also contribute to broader team and deal-related activities, including document management, cross-regional coordination, and process improvements to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility position offering direct interaction with senior stakeholders and opportunities to lead initiatives such as team events and engagement activities, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives under pressure.
Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $105,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
