Role Summary

A Senior Planner at MacLean-Fogg plays a pivotal role in developing and executing production schedules that maximize efficiency and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. The primary focus will be to strategically align production capacity with customer demand while effectively managing resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate production cycles to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to operational timelines

  • Effectively communicate critical schedules and deadlines to production staff, fostering a shared understanding of priorities and expectations

  • Analyze data to forecast demand accurately and establish optimal inventory levels, ensuring alignment with production needs and minimizing excess stock

  • Monitor and evaluate production output to ensure it consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards and quality benchmarks

  • Assist in the strategic planning of both made-to-stock and made-to-order operations, adapting to fluctuating market demands and customer requirements

  • Perform all other duties assigned.
