Responsibilities
URGENTLY HIRING
Salary Range: $23.00-25.00/hr + bonus potential
Shift: CNC Trainee ' 1st shift
Position Overview:
As a CNC Trainee, you'll be partof our team located in Fullerton, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
' Assist with and learn to load/unload parts, distinguishingand identifying proper tooling.
' Provide assistance and acquire knowledge regarding quickchange tooling on CNC machines. Additionally, conduct inspections of tools toassess their sharpness and usability.
' Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associatedwith your work Contribute towards the efficient running of the team.
' Support CNC operators in deburring components and willacquire the skills to validate the 'first piece inspection' utilizing thecorrect measuring tools.
Will learn to adjust machinecontrol, including part process
Qualifications
BasicQualifications:
' Minimum of 1 year of operation experience with CNC Lathes (Takisawa,Okuma, Mori Seiki or Doosan).
' Fundamental understanding of interpreting blueprints.
' Strong technical abilities and keen eye for detail.
' Strong mathematical skills
' Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reaching,lifting and bending will be common tasks.
