What a day looks like

You start the morning reviewing your service queue for customers across the Memphis / Northern Mississippi markets. First stop: a 5-axis VMC install. By midday, youre troubleshooting a PLC alarm on a multi-axis lathe and coaching an operator through best practices. The afternoon finishes with preventive maintenance and meticulous documentation so the next visit is even smoother. Its hands-on, high-impact work with modern CNC technologyand youre the expert customers trust.

Core responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site service, start-ups/installs, and scheduled PMs.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues; perform repairs to bring machines to spec.
  • Resolve customer problems, provide sales support, and conduct light user training as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; represent Ellison Technologies with integrity.
  • Own your service cases and projects; maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation.
  • Jump in on related tasks that keep our customers productive.
What you bring
  • Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
  • Proven troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Strength in PLC diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in CNC machine repair and equipment diagnostics.
