Looking for a steady, full-time job where you can use your hands-on experience and grow your skills in a strong, stable industry?

A well-known manufacturer in the aerospace and medical parts industry is hiring Metal Manufacturing Grinders to join their team.

In this full-time, temp-to-hire Metal Manufacturing Grinder role, you’ll use tools to grind and finish metal parts that are used in high-quality products. You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Metal Manufacturing Grinders Job Duties:
  • Use grinders and air tools to smooth and finish metal parts
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Mark and track parts that need repair or rework
  • Follow written instructions and part specifications
  • Keep your workspace clean and follow safety procedures
 
Shifts Available: Training on day or swing shift, work schedule TBD but must be open to Day, Swing, or Graveyard
  • Day: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
  • Swing: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm
  • Graveyard: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am
 
Pay: $25.69 per hour

Metal Manufacturing Grinders Requirements:
  • 2 years experience required using angle, die, or dynabrade grinders or similar (manufacturing, construction, or autobody)
  • 6 months experience required using measuring tools like calipers, gauges, or reading a measuring tape
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
  • Comfortable wearing PPE (steel-toe boots, ear protection, and safety glasses)
