United Water Restoration Group of Omaha is a full-service restoration company specializing in returning properties and facilities back to their pre-loss condition after emergency or catastrophic situations, like water/flood damage, mold, fire, and other instance of damage. We provide construction and restoration services, including emergency water damage services, water extraction, demolition of effected building materials, structural drying, fire remediation, smoke and soot removal with odor control, and mold assessment and remediation services. 
Job Summary
The primary role of the Project Manager is to respond to and follow up on leads by calling, scheduling, and meeting with home or business owners to assess the damage they need fixed and signing the job.  A Project Manager helps the customer understand and navigate the insurance claims process, designs, implements and supervises the extraction, drying, demolition and cleaning processes according to the IICRC S500 standard of care.
Project Managers are the heart and soul of our company, representing our company with customers and insurance representatives in the field, possesses a desire to care for our customers and to restore their property to a condition as good as or better than prior to their accidents.  We carry a passion for the well-being, health and safety of our customers. 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintaining a safe work environment as the top priority.
  • Be pleasant, courteous and compassionate with customers at all times.
  • Help employees/peers perform to the best of their ability. We are a team.
  • Rapidly responding to customer needs by calling meeting with them ASAP to assess the damage,
  • Providing the customer, a clear and transparent description of the remediation process and obtaining a signed contract for United Water Restoration services.
  • Knowing when and how to help customers seek insurance approval for demolition.
  • Apply proper containment methods to protect unaffected areas, residents, and pets from hazards resulting from demolition and or microbial contamination.
  • Monitor jobs daily, contacting and following up with homeowners/business owners for daily appointments. 
  •  Maintaining and uploading accurate job notes, pictures and drying records to document work progress on the PSA system.
  • Daily monitoring and documentation of jobs in progress, taking moisture readings, taking photos, and uploading readings, photos and notes into PSA in a timely fashion.
  • Be available for On-Call weeknights and weekends on a rotating basis. We are 24/7/365
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Other Duties:
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, shop cleanliness and mechanics.
  • Maintain required certifications.
  • Attend all mandatory company meetings, both internal and external
  • Learn and comply with company policies, procedures, and the technical skills and methods needed to function within the company structure.

Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or more.
  • Knowledge of the Water/Fire/Mold Restoration business
  • 3+ years’ experience as a certified field technician.
  • Professional ambition; has the potential and drive to grow in knowledge, responsibility, and accountability as the company grows and expands.

  • Annual Salary
