Job description

TMCO is looking for an experienced Powder Coating Manager to lead our busy powder coating department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with powder coating or finishing experience being a plus. This position is responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and ensuring production goals and customer deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
  • Powder coating or finishing experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with production deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Experience with an ERP system or similar manufacturing software preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate employees and hold team members accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet production needs.
