Machine Operator I Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job ID: #72580 Pay Range: $18-21 The deadline to apply is 06/05/2026 Job Description MACHINE OPERATOR I: This entry-level position is in a machine shop environment and requires a team-oriented individual to assist in setting up and operating CNC band saw and radial saw. You will also support various processes to produce parts for the aerospace industry. Essential Responsibilities: • Maintain proper condition of measuring instruments • Maintain proper cutting conditions on machining centers • Meet or exceed required output hours • Ability to learn how to set equipment/machinery for production.

• Monitors operation of machinery or equipment • Determines whether materials or products meet standards • Performs other duties as required and available for overtime as necessary. Skills Required: • Ability to read and understand basic work instructions for product fabrication • General knowledge, skills, and understanding with hand and power tools to include rotary tooling, sanding devices, manual deburring tools, wrenches, etc. • Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn and utilize inspection tools to include calipers, tape measures, pin gauges etc. • Basic mechanical knowledge. • Basic PC skills for data entry, timecard and production time entries • Prior experience in machine shop environments preferred.
