Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM-10:00 AM
Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour + Benefits (Based on Experience)

We are hiring an experienced Deburring Technician to join our growing CNC Machine Shop in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform deburring, grinding, polishing, sanding, and Metal Finishing on precision-machined components.
  • Remove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes.
  • Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals in a CNC Machine Shop environment.
  • Use die grinders, rotary tools, hand files, pneumatic tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Read blueprints and engineering drawings to complete Precision Machining finishing operations.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean work area while following 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety procedures.
  • Work closely with machinists and the Quality team to deliver high-quality parts.

Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Deburring Technician, Metal Finisher, Bench Technician, or Machine Shop Technician.
  • Experience working in a CNC Machine Shop or Precision Machining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Metal Finishing, polishing, grinding, sanding, and surface preparation.
  • Ability to use hand tools, die grinders, rotary tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
