Position Summary:

Weโ€™re looking for a great Parts/Shop Helper to support the daily operations of the collision centre by assisting with parts handling, shop organization, vehicle movement, cleanliness, and general support duties for the repair team.

Responsibilities:

ยท Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing auto body parts and materials

ยท Check incoming parts for accuracy and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items

ยท Label, sort, and stage parts by repair order or vehicle

ยท Deliver parts and materials to technicians as needed

ยท Help return unused, damaged, or incorrect parts in accordance with shop procedures

ยท Keep the parts room, storage areas, and work areas clean and organized

ยท Maintain overall shop cleanliness, including sweeping floors, removing garbage, and keeping workspaces tidy

ยท Assist with moving vehicles in and around the shop as required

ยท Help maintain a clean and organized lot and parking area

ยท Support body technicians, painters, estimators, and office staff with day-to-day shop tasks

ยท Assist with inventory counts and stock organization

ยท Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are put away properly after use

ยท Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

ยท Perform other shop support duties as assigned
