Job description

Night‐Shift CNC Machinist - 4 Days/Week, Paid Lunches, Real Work‐Life Balance

Pro‐Cam Services (Zeeland, MI) is hiring an experienced, self‐motivated CNC Machinist for our Monday–Thursday night shift (paid lunches, 3‐day weekends). If you’re tired of shops that treat your time like it’s free, you’re going to like it here.

Pro-Cam Services LLC is a 38,000 sq. ft. full-service machine shop equipped with CNC mills, CNC lathes and CNC routers. We produce complex machined parts for a variety of industries from Aerospace to Food Processing.

Why Machinists Choose Pro‐CAM

We asked our team what makes Pro‐Cam different. Here’s what they said:

  • Paid lunches - if you’re here 12 hours, you’re paid for 12 hours.
  • 4‐day work week - long shifts, long weekends.
  • Fast track to 3 weeks’ vacation - plus flexible case‐by‐case time off.
  • Modern equipment - CNC mills, CNC lathes, CNC routers, and a 38,000 sq. ft. shop that’s always improving.
  • A no‐drama culture - show up, run good parts, help each other out. Simple.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or routers
  • Produce precision parts for industries ranging from aerospace to food processing
  • Work with a team that actually likes solving problems
  • Contribute ideas as we upgrade processes and technology

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who takes pride in their craft
  • Someone who shows up, communicates, and wants to grow
  • Someone who fits a respectful, adult‐run shop
  • Someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged (we don’t enjoy it either)

Bonus points if you’ve ever said, “I can make that run better” and then actually did.

Benefits

  • Paid lunches
  • Pay based on experience
  • Medical insurance
  • Company‐matching SIMPLE IRA
  • Vacation pay
  • Holiday pay
