Machine Operator: Responsible for operating CNC lathes, mills, and 2nd operation manual lathes to create parts according to AS9100 quality processes. executing a wide array of The primary objective is to ensure the accurate production of machined components while adhering to stringent quality standards and operational protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in machining principles and techniques.
  • Perform designated operations as per drawing/ work order requirements.
  • Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of machining activities, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform maintenance on department equipment as required; and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote efficiency, safety, and a positive work environment.

Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:

  • Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
  • Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
  • Must be able to remain seated for extended periods
  • Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands
  • Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
