We are seeking a detail-oriented Spray Line Operator to join our lumber finishing team. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality finishes on pine products by operating and maintaining spray line equipment while consistently meeting production and quality standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, understands the importance of consistency, and is committed to producing a top-quality finished product.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor spray line equipment used in finishing pine lumber products
  • Apply coatings, stains, sealers, and finishes to meet product specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality, including color consistency, coverage, and defects
  • Adjust spray settings (pressure, flow, speed) to maintain optimal finish quality
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of spray equipment and work area
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with finishes, materials, or machinery
  • Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, equipment, and PPE
  • Work closely with supervisors and quality team to meet production goals
Qualifications
