SMT Machine Operator – $17.50/hr
Location: Winthrop, MESchedule: Fulltime

We are seeking a dependable SMT Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Winthrop. In this role, you will operate multiple machines used to place and verify components on printed circuit boards. No prior SMT experience is required — we provide handson training with an experienced mentor and jobspecific classroom instruction.

Responsibilities
  • Operate screen printers
  • Operate pickandplace component machines
  • Operate AOI equipment
  • Operate Xray, LSM, and UFP machines
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail

  • Previous manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred)
