We're seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our team in Lewiston, Maine. This hands-on role involves reading blueprints, setting up and operating production equipment, performing secondary machining operations, inspecting parts for quality, and assisting with general carpentry tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of machine operation experience, including press brake operation
  • Welding experience preferred
  • Industrial metal fabrication or machine shop experience is a strong plus
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and job orders
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift and move 50-70 lbs intermittently as needed
