Job Title: Equipment Operator I
Location: 4455 Atherton Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84123

Job Description:
The Equipment Operator I operates simple automated assembly machines and performs repetitive production tasks. This role ensures machines run safely and efficiently while producing high-quality medical devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate simple automated assembly machines

  • Start machines from a powered-off state

  • Monitor machines, identify basic faults, and restart as needed

  • Perform basic machine setups and complete production records

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Weigh, count, package, and label finished products

  • Keep work area and equipment clean

  • Follow safety rules, procedures, and company standards

  • Read gauges, dials, and work instructions

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand procedures

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word preferred)

  • Ability to learn and operate simple machines quickly

  • Flexible to operate multiple machines

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
