Job description

Position: Up to 24.25/hr
Full-Time Shifts:
Day: 6am - 6pm 12 hour shifts with alternating weekends
NIght: 6pm - 6am 12 hour shifts with alternating weekends
As a Processing Operator, you are an essential worker responsible for correctly measuring and mixing approved ingredients to meet company standards and specifications, operate equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, work on a strict timeline to ensure the freshest product, and adhere to all Food Safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to deliver our superior product. You will also learn the basics of machine operation, cleaning and maintenance, and how to use and work with bulk ingredients for commercial baking.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to work in cold and warm environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certified, preferred.
• Lift products, boxes, and totes weighing up to 50lbs.
• Ability to perform minor equipment changeovers as required for bulk material handling.
• Ability to utilize an ERP system for material movements through the processing area.
• Completion of batching and traceability paperwork as required by Food Safety Procedures.
• Ability to utilize Human Machine Interface (HMI) to refill bulk containers for ingredient delivery
• Ability to support bailing of bulk bag
• Have your own or ability to acquire steel toe boots.
• Individuals must be willing to work as a team member.
