Role Description The Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bardstown, KY, responsible for operating excavation and construction machinery safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include operating heavy equipment and hand tools to complete digging, grading, and site preparation, following project plans and supervisor direction. The role involves conducting basic equipment inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting quality control by checking work against specifications.
