As a Machine Operator - Sortation you'll be part of our team located in Stanfield, NC. You'll get to:
  • Set up machine bowls, tracks, lasers, eddy current, cameras and feed systems to sort assemblies to print parameters.
  • Dimensional and visual inspection using blueprints, product data inspection sheets, various measurements devices, overlays or special gauging of all characteristics of the part to determine inspection parameters for set up.
  • Ability to recognize set up, machine or feed problems and able to correct those problems with computer or mechanical adjustments.
  • Weigh, table and label cartons of sorted product for shipping.
  • Ability to communicate well.
  • Ability to prioritize works and require only moderate supervision.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance as specified for the equipment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to find information and enter data.
  • Analytical skills necessary to evaluate and solve die and press problems to run quality parts.
  • Walking, standing and moving for 8 hour shift.
  • Bending, reaching and climbing occasionally.
  • Use of eyes for visual inspection of parts.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 5-40 pounds regularly and occasionally 41- and over with assistance.
