Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM | $16.85/hr
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM | $17.85/hr
3rd Shift: Sunday, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM; Monday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–5:30 AM | $21.14/hr

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate production equipment
  • Read blueprints, routers, and work instructions
  • Use calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
  • Perform safety and quality checks
  • Inspect finished products for quality
  • Perform finishing operations using abrasive belts and wheels
  • Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace
  • Support other production areas as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math

Physical Requirements
