Now Hiring Machine Operators! (2nd and 3rd Shift)

We’re hiring CNC Machine Operators to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with machining or production experience who can work with tools, measurements, and quality standards.


Job Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts
  • Load, unload, and package materials
  • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Measure and inspect parts for quality
  • Record production and scrap data
  • Monitor machines and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Experience
  • 1+ year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Experience
  • CNC experience (lathe, mill)
  • Calipers or precision measurement tools
  • Production, machining, or fabrication experience
