Position Description:
We are looking for an individual to join our team with a background in operating machinery.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ability to set up equipment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail (visual inspections)
  • Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Can minimize downtime by troubleshooting equipment
  • Ensure consistent machine operation by completing preventative maintenance as required
  • Maintain production and quality by inspecting random production samples
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to change directions as needed
  • Strong desire to learn and enjoys a challenge
  • Represents a strong business acumen
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Communication Skills / Requirements:
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with management, peers and other employees. Have active listening skills, attention to detail and follow-through. Must demonstrate tact, professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, an organized approach to work and a positive attitude.
