Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry-Level / Trainable) FIRST SHIFTPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Machine Operator with basic machining experience to support daily production operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on shop experience who is willing to learn and grow into more advanced machining responsibilities, including CNC operation and setup.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machines safely and efficientlyLoad and unload parts and materialsFollow work instructions and job travelersPerform basic in-process inspections using calipers and gaugesDeburr and clean parts as requiredMonitor machine operation and report issues to supervisorMaintain clean and organized work areaFollow all safety policies and proceduresQualificationsRequired:Previous manufacturing or machining experienceAbility to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers preferred)Ability to read simple prints and follow instructionsBasic math skills (including decimals and fractions)Strong work ethic and reliabilityPreferred (but not required):Exposure to CNC machines (loading parts, offset adjustments, tool changes)Understanding of basic machine shop practicesExperience working in a production environment
