Machine Operator – Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Pay: $17.00- $19.00 per hour

Regal Staffing Services is hiring Machine Operators for a company that manufactures nicotine pouch products.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Shift A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

  • Shift C: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday

Night Shift | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

  • Shift B: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

  • Shift D: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday

Rotating Schedule: Workdays rotate every 2 weeks, alternating between the two schedules.

Job Duties
  • Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture nicotine pouch products.

  • Set up machines, make adjustments, and perform changeovers and cleaning as needed.

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Follow safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company policies.

  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate and adjust production equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties.
