Adecco has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Exeter, NH, hiring Machine Operators and Quality Inspectors for temp-to-hire opportunities. Join a growing team offering competitive pay, overtime, incentives, and full benefits upon hire!

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00/hour (based on role and shift)

Available Schedules

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Weekend Options Available: 12-hour shifts with weekday scheduling

Job Duties:
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery

  • Perform quality inspections using established procedures

  • Measure and verify materials, components, and finished products

  • Complete production documentation and computer data entry

  • Monitor equipment performance and report issues or defects

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment

  • Follow quality, safety, and process control standards

Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, or quality inspection experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills and ability to document production data

  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues effectively

  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Pay Details: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour
