Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Shift: 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM Start

Schedule: Must be flexible to work overtime and a 5-day work schedule when needed.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to set up and operate production machinery, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, can read blueprints/prints, and is comfortable making machine adjustments during production.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machinery according to blueprints, work orders, and production requirements.
  • Run machines independently while checking products for quality and defects.
  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and make adjustments as needed.
  • Complete machine changeovers and assist with setups.
  • Unload and palletize finished products.
  • Document production notes and report any issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Must-Haves
  • Machine operating experience, including machine setup.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with automotive, manufacturing, or machine troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints/prints.
  • Strong math skills and must be able to pass an assessment test.

Training
