Hours: 6am - 6pm, rotating schedule
SUMMARY:
Performs responsible manual and machine operator tasks in the setup, maintenance and operation of cutters, collators and folders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Review and interpret instructions; order materials; complete production records
โ€ข Perform process related trouble-shooting and correction to ensure dimensions and quality of piece; monitor production
โ€ข Hand gather items from conveyor, load labels into trays
โ€ข Keep work area neat and orderly
โ€ข Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will impact the achievement of corporate or department goals
โ€ข Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company
COMPETENCIES:
โ€ข Ability to apply written instructions to machine operation and product quality
โ€ข Reliability through attendance, punctuality and attention to work station
