Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $32.50/hr + 10% shift differentialShift: 2nd - Mon-Thurs 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Every other Friday off) Temp - HireWhy you should apply to be CNC Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (including lathes and mills)
  • Inspecting precision parts to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments
  • Supporting Lean/5S initiatives and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have CNC lathe experience machining parts up to 5–6 inches (REQUIRED)
  • Are skilled in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software
  • Can read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances

  • (Preferred) Have experience with multi-axis machining, Fanuc controls, Mastercam, BobCAD, and G-Code
  • Possess macro programming experience or a willingness to learn
