Kickstart your manufacturing career with on-the-job training and a clear path to grow!
Operators start at $19.00/hour (+$2.00/hour shift differential). Within 1 year you can earn $23.00+/hour (+ shift differential) as you learn new skills and position responsibilities.
Shift:
Days: 7:45 am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 schedule)
Nights: 7:45 pm to 8:00 am (2-2-3 schedule)
Advancement Levels:
Trainee to Operator C to Operator B to Operator A to Production Tech
What you'll bring and what you'll do on the job:
  • Ability to follow directions (in writing and verbally provided in English)
  • Attention to detail
  • Mechanical understanding, ability, or willingness to learn, how to read schematics and prints
  • Ability to monitor multiple manufacturing lines, including stacking and packing products
  • Previous manufacturing experience helpful
  • Communicate operations information to co-workers
  • Focus on safety, quality and meeting customer requirements
  • Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers etc.)
