Machine Operator

Job Summary
Responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of automated equipment and related systems. Ensures efficient production processes while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up automated equipment, including loading components, materials, and required fixtures
  • Review production schedules, specifications, and work instructions prior to operation
  • Perform equipment start-up and shutdown procedures following established guidelines
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal operation
  • Inspect product quality and ensure output meets required specifications
  • Identify and resolve equipment or production issues; initiate rework or repairs as needed
