1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to learn multiple manufacturing processes and machine operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate punch presses, force gauges, tumbling equipment, tube loaders, ultrasonic wash equipment, and other production machinery.
  • Wash domes as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Inspect products and accurately record dome readings.
  • Learn and understand production procedures and quality standards.
  • Cross-train on a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure all parts meet established quality specifications.
  • Complete daily production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with overtime when business needs require.
Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Ability to remain focused and on task throughout an 8-hour shift.
