Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced notebook manufacturing facility. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure efficient production cycles while maintaining high standards of product quality and workplace safety. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation
The Machine Operator will prepare and set up production equipment by calibrating machine settings, loading raw materials, and following purchase orders and technical specifications. The Machine Operator ensures machines are running efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining consistent product quality.

Monitoring and Quality Control
Continuously monitor equipment performance and production output to ensure products meet company specifications and quality standards. The Machine Operator will perform regular inspections, verify measurements, and identify any defects or inconsistencies in finished products.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
