2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Machine Assistants to support production at a fast-paced manufacturing facility in New Paltz, NY. This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring high-speed equipment to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Machine Operator / Machine Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate high-speed manufacturing machines
  • Monitor equipment during production to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and changeovers for speed, pressure, and material flow
  • Measure materials accurately (including to 1/16 of an inch)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and production standards
  • Assist with multiple machines as needed and support team operations

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing or printing equipment preferred
