Job Summary: The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machinery used in the production process. This role involves ensuring that machines are running efficiently, performing routine inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise during operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machines and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Monitor the quality of output to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve production goals and address any operational challenges.
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements of Job:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to read, write, basic math knowledge, and understand English.
